I always want to cook new things but I give up whenever I read the ingredients necassary and the steps it takes to do the whole thing

Was going to relapse today, but didn't. Channeled those feelings and energy to lifting weights and working out.
HOW YOU LIKE THAT? I'm my own man again, and I refuse to have it any other way. We may not be able to make up for what we've done in the past, but that doesn't mean you have to keep dwelling on the past and hurting yourself over memories.
Moving forward with a smile, that's what I do now. I'm gonna be the man that our young guys can look up to again. And the first step to that is to keep my nose clean, which I intend to keep doing.
