Oh okay, thanks Gay Chat. Apparently this can be some sort of subset of Social Anxiety.

Balance is everything, and if your frequency causes you mental stress, then it's best to dial back a bit. Cut it down to once a day, then once every other day. Surely you have other interests or hobbies that can fill the time and mental space wanking does, right?
