Ugh, I'm catching feelings for my straight friend. We both want to be boyfriends, but I'm worried I'll get jealous he won't have sex with me. I told him I don't care if he had sex with girls. I'm figuring out things. Really not sure what to do. I do want to date him, because I like him a lot. I literally wanted a semi-romantic noncommitted relationship with a straight guy earlier this year. And this guy is sooooo cute, and he's so tall and such a nice body. I love cuddling with him, and he pets me a lot and I love it.
I posted about it in the love advice thread, hoping I get some direction by someone experienced.
Survived work today without passing out. 2 more long shifts on Thursday and Friday though. I'm actually sort of scared that I won't make it through.

Are you sure hes straight? I'm very close with my straight friends but they wouldn't cuddle up to me and pet me. Also the bolded bit im confused about, if he wants to be boyfriends with you then i think he must be at least bi.

Honestly I think he is sort of bisexual. But for some reason, a lot of guys just refuse to acknowledge it.
I don't know if it's a pride thing or what. And usually I don't go after a straight guy unless some instinct of mine says that I COULD get somewhere with them.
He avoids being gay with me, but then he tries to be gay with me. He's very back and forth about it, a lot of mixed messages. I might be going up to Tally to see him and other friends next week. Hopefully I'll understand the situation better around that time.
Also, I know yall hate it when I brag, but ya boy scored another paid modeling gig, for a magazine this time doing a catalog shoot. I got a check for nearly three thousand dollars today, most of it is going towards the designer clothes though, which I hope I get to keep since they're in my measurements anyways.

So it turns out that my FWB actually planned out and coordinated meeting me for the first time. He knew who I was, and planned out our first interaction. He had his friend's friend meet me on a beach, and then he met me through him, but they acted like they didn't know eachother.
I found out they knew eachother way before I met either of them.

He graduated from FSU, I go to FSU.
He's moving up to Tally this fall, which I'll be there.

I suppose you could see it as flattering in a way, he obvious was really into you to get that all set up, but then it makes it seem like he will go to extra lengths just to do something which could be a red flag to further anything with him. Maybe just stay FWB.
When i first came out and went on grindr for the first time, this guy kinda near me added me, he was 33 y/o (i was 22 but age isn't a thing for me at all). He was nice, funny, complimented me every day which was kinda of adorable... But then it got to the point where i was working (i worked in an Alternative Clothing Shop then) and he goes "I saw you at the shop today, i was going to come in and talk to you but i got too nervous so i just sat outside" which was a bit weird but kind of innocent that he was shy.... Then after only a week of talking, he showed my picture to his mum and said his mum would like to meet me sometime.... Thats when it got a bit forward, and he then kept saying we should get coffee which i said i would but i could only do certain days since i worked 6 days a week 7am-7pm pretty much and i don't know my day off until a few days prior.... He then said that was fine and he'll just call in sick at work for me.
Unfortunately/fortunately i met my current boyfriend randomly on that weekend on a night out and now its 3 and a half years later lol.
Edited: I also found out he wasn't 33, he was actually 41 and was just really self conscious for his age.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting you're in town.
I'm back over the summer and my new house is way closer to downtown than I used to be.
Anyway, that guy sounds kinda weird to go to such effort when meeting you and all.
