I'm saving as much as I can so I can upgrade this thing and maybe get some kind of car, if I'm lucky.
Learning to save up money is only a good thing and it pains me to see people who still cannot fathom to do so(and then annoy me when they start saying that they never have money for anything).
My smallest sister has been hankering for a new computer for a year and a half now. And now that she got het first paycheck from working at my kiosk, she immedietly blows it on a PS4.
Oh well.

Newer drives are just not built like bricks anymore, having multiple platters and other new advances in them opens up more points of failure and more delicate parts. Compared to the WD 2TB I replaced my 1TB Samsung F1 with, it doesn't feel as stable and that uses a lot newer tech, the F1 is a dinosaur in comparison and don't get me started on the 160GB Samsung drive I've had since late 2005 (produced around 2003 tho), that fucker still works and its had no faults since I got it.
Stranger things was cool, some things didn't really add up though imo.
I move 200 miles to live with my boyfriend tomorrow. I'm worried and nervous, but extremely excited.
had the boyfriend over for most of the day today. Played a bunch of Rock Band 4 and got him caught up on the Jojo part 4 anime. Had my arm around his shoulder while we watched it and god I love it when we kiss when I drop him off at his place.
Even with what should be a deathly amount of stress I'm facing with the fact that I don't have a place to stay when I'm registered for Fall classes and may have to delay myself to winter quarter, I still feel amazing. I can't remember the last time I ever felt this happy.
I just moved near Tel-Aviv, Israel's gayest city. Finally starting my media design degree as well. Things are shaping up.
People keep talking about Stranger Things and i've still not seen anything about it in trailers or gifs or anything tbf.... Maybe its just not big in the UK?

I've started watching it, its actually pretty good. Really nicely shot and has really cool 80's aesthetic. It's true how it seems to be unpopular in the UK, never heard of it before a recommendation by my bf's parents.
Netflix series tend not to be that popular in the UK i think. Like they do OK but not as well as they do in America, theres still some people here who have never heard of Sense8 or Orange is the New Black.

Life took a turn for the busy as fuck and I was using FP as pretty much the depth of my social interactions with the outside word... which is fucking stupid and a terrible idea, lol.
I've been up to tons of stuff and also had tons of stuff happen to me. Some good, some not so good, etc. The good news is I got an awesome internship that pays a wonderful amount, along with $2500 in NASA grant money. I also do space stuff and work near hardware destined for the ISS on the daily. Some of the stuff I do is Star Trek levels of tech/cool too.
I've honestly not even lurked while I was gone, but once I tried programming again I realized reddit sucks and the programmers subforum is filled with really smart people that I desperately need help from :v

Went to the hospital today and turns out that the free brazilian healthcare forces you to stay in the building until you you do all the exams and stuff. My ultrasound was scheduled for tomorrow, meaning that I would have had to stay there, sleeping in a chair and barely eating to finally do the ultrasound and get to the next step of solving my problem.
They lock the door and you literally can't leave.
