I'm like the 10% of people who somewhat rely on weed. It's like the only miracle that guarantees me to sleep well, illiminates any nausea I can get, nullifies my back pains, and apparently potentiates the positive side effects of SSRIs (which i'm on). And when I'm off of it I seem to slow down and have less motivations in my hobbies and interest. But its not like that cant be fixed with just having a nice job.
Fuck the people who don't like it, some people use it for its legit medical benifits that pharmecutical/vitamin companies cant even compete against. But then theres just people who rob other people because they want to be high for free and eat cheetos. My brother was robbed of his weed at gunpoint which sorta broke him for a period.

Damn, you're kinda shit out of luck then. The only OTC anaesthetics I can think of that would *maybe* work in low dosages are DXM and alcohol and both slow down cognition so it wouldn't be something I'd take if I had to drive or do a job. If you're just sitting around at home tho then 100-150mg of DXM or a single drink of booze might work. If not those then go for ibuprofen.

Aspirin [B]or [/B]Ibuprofen can be safely combined with paracetamol, i would advice to try that. Some painkillers simply work better for some pains then others.
Especially if the pain is something inflammation related, you should try Ibuprofen or Asprin
