It looks like the head of a guard "glued" to the ceiling using his guts, his legs stand in a corner and his hands are nailed to the wall with black nails while the torso is nailed in the top of the door by a black spear.

If the prey is Aris thn the hunter was... Dunno? 003 or how is he called? I don't actually remember what happened to him? OR you need to find where is the signal coming from...

It wouldt be a good idea to put the guard back together he might come back alive.
Aris wasn't the prey, the guard was - and his murderer left the note, the murderer is also the person who spoke from the sound box...
Check if you heard that voice before , and if it's familiar , check if it is Christopher , 002 , that girl , Victor , or Victor friend.
Wear the helmet and torso and legs it might come in handy and solve the puzzle.

Decline , if it would be 002 he wouldn't speak so good , Victor ... he doesn't even have full control of the ship , something happened to Christopher , and that girl is in another sector + Samantha is killed. So nothing can happen to you , except getting ripped by some whale who hates the submarine and breaks the laws of physics with gmod. After declining ask if you can close the titanium door of death to be sure.
[b]A[/b] - Walk behind the other guard as if you were about to go through the door, then do a MacGyver and make him unconscious silently (Aka, punch him in the neck). Then take whatever he has in his inventory.
[b]B[/b] - If he follows you through the door, don't do anything until you know more about the situation. (How many people is there around? should you fire your gun? Etc...)

And this is totally like Bioshock. The tram in beginning is just like elevator (Or underwater thing that brings you to Rapture) in the beginning of Bioshock
