There is a Pocket PC, glasses, a radio/walkie-talkie, a gun with 1 magazine, Victor's Key, some infected blood, a empty mug and a rope.
Also, Victor's Key can't open the door, the lock on that door is extremily complex.
Put on the glasses.
Throw the invisible cabinet behind you at the door.

The glasses are too small for some reason. It looks like some pet acessory than what someone would really use. But they might be useful later.
