After kicking the door a lot Aris says "You know what, fuck it." and shoots lock, the door opens, and the guard is quickly alerted because of your strange behavior.

Go back to your Jail Cell, Climb up through the vent with something and go to the top (You were 'cleaned' out, so you may have passed a way to escape) of the sub, then you see Victor's Private escape pod, and 002 + Victor in a room right next to it(Victor and 002 are in a different room from the escape pod), they are talking about a deal to both escape, but you get into the pod, and they open the door to use the escape pod but, they can see it just talking off, you win!
