The idea is to blow a hole open in repair box, so ya could take the parts and flee, Or in worst case : damage the parts.

Wait, No batteries? How in the fuck are they powered then? The reason batteries are pull-able out is because of emergency reason to quickly cut the power(hearing lots of sparks and stuff as an example) and to change the battery. Atleast that's as far as i think they are.

A large explosion shakes the whole submarine and then suddenly a metal pipe falls from the ceiling.
Who puts explosives in a frickin submarine!?
Well, the problem now is that half of the information Aris was going to get just got destroyed. At best, they are corrupted, at worst, they are lost forever and the disks completely destroyed. Also there is a giant pipe between Aris and the metal boxes that contain the information, that might also be a problem.
Oh and, the crane-thing in the middle is destroyed, so Aris will have to find a way to remove them manually...somehow.

A formation of small robots appear out of nowhere.

Order blue to get the pipe back in place
Order red to repair the library
Order yellow to seal the pipe hole
^Do the above but first tell them to make you a sandwich.
Looks like the robots already began doing their jobs.

The red robot is using somekind of laser to fix the ceiling.
The blue robot is scanning you.
And the yellow robot is...doing nothing.
Regardless of what they do, half the data is probably lost. But maybe Aris can use them to manually remove the data he needs?
Of course he must first figure out in which box the data is by using the computer.
That yellow one is a slacker, kick it to make it do something constructive.
See if they use voice commands or if they are controlled by another human being.
Aris calls for the robots, and they come to him, so they must work with voice commands.

Kick the other robots and see what they do.
Ask the robots to tell you why your here, how you got here, who's Victor. Questions like that.
Order blue and yellow to pull out the data you need, Order red to get back to fixing the ceiling.
Tell them to get the door open! See if theyre smart.
