Yup, it is a [i]strange[/i] language. It have letters in letters in letters. It is unreadable, even if you knew this language.
However you notice a single, pure, readable letter(Blue Circle).
You still do not understand what it means.

You charge foward and quickly enter the door. On your run you noticed the elevator needed some kind of activation, this is the only room to search for something.
Also, this looks like a engine room, and to your right you see the blueprints of a submarine.

The storyline does not simply "breaks", but i will ignore any stupid choices.
Also, you look at the blueprint, it says on the top the name of the submarine is "Earth Hand" also you can see a part saying "Engine Room/Jail" and the elevator on the end of that corridor apparantly takes you to the bridge. The rest is covered in red graffiti. Makes sence the psycho used graffiti considering nobody would have that much blood to cover the entire corridor.

See if you can figure out where you are, then map out a route to the Tram Station. Go back to Cell 1 and get the guard's uniform.
Try hack into the engine control panel with your handy dandy gameboy.
You connect your Pocket PC to the engine control panel, the control panel is pretty damaged, but you manage to recover a file, you can read it later.

Only the helmet and the shoes are your size. You feel like a badass robot or one of the Daft Punk. This helmet and the fact it is actually graffiti, not blood, on the walls, give you courage to move to the elevator, you also planned a route, but from the info you got you must pay attention!
The submarine have 3 floors, you are currently on the lowest of them. Using the elevator you can reach floor 1 and floor 2, you are currently on floor 3. On floor 2 there is a Tram Station that can take you around the submarine. On floor 3 there is an acess to the bridge of the submarine.
You must choose carefully now, not only what you choose will affect the story, you must be aware there is a killer on the loose.

It seems you have reached the floor 2, the elevator continues and stop on floor 3 for some reason, but you probably should just ignore it. You see a window, a yellow sign and a water cooler.
