Fumble around with your feet. If you do not find anything then go to your happy place.
Try to wiggle out of the chain, if that fails use you're feet to kick around to assess you're environment, if you have shoes on, kick them off.
Slide down to the floor and try to reach around the room with your legs/feet.
Dislocate your thumb. You'll be able to slide out of the chain painfully.

By the way the letters are perfect this is clearly graffiti. You feel like you shouldn't die.
However the room is completely empty, you can only use the items you currently have on your inventory to free yourself.
Told you you should have gotten the key.
You think you should have got the key, however, the keyhole is strange, it is round and small, it seems any round and small objects you have would fit in here. It is obvious that key does not fit in here.

They does not looks like handcuffs, in fact the look like big chains with a round small keyhole.

Use the shotgun Shell as a key.

The shotgun shells work, but both are broken and are trash now. You escape and close the door. You keep telling yourself to calm down and your head hurts, you must reorganize your thoughts.

You take a look inside room 1. Christopher isn't here anymore.
It looks like there are a lot of objects around. You see a strange circle, what looks like a Radio Device, and in the corner you see another Tram Panel button. You also see there is what looks like a sign in the wall and a "HELP!" written on the wall.
Poor Christopher, he must have been locked down here for a long time.
Exam all.
Leave glasses here and take the green button. Then put it on I-don't-remember-what-and-where.

The green button looks like it would fit the Tram Station panel.
The Radio Device looks like is what Christopher was using to talk to you in the Tram.
The circle device looks like some kind of mini-portal to a little room where you can store itens. It looks like it could be used to upgrade your inventory.
