I think it will be the lib dem leader. although who is it at the moment?
Nick Clegg
Yeah she did a great job at selling everything off which was government owned and fucking the whole country up.
I didn't say what she did was good, but she certainly made a difference.
The Master would be hilarious.
David Cameron, i think he'll do alright but no doubt he'll let it go to his head.
I didn't say what she did was good, but she certainly made a difference.
Totally agree.
Gordon Brown wasn't completely hopeless, his weaknesses as a leader were greatly exaggerated by the situations he had to deal with which haven't been seen for decades. Then again, that's what being PM is about I guess.
It's because people need a scape goat, which is almost always the person in power at the time. People are ignorant and refuse to take responsibility for something that perhaps they contributed toward, and when it cocks up it's down to the government to sort it out. It's wrong, but our society is corrupt. Another thing I don't understand is people expect the acting prime minister to conform to some 'ideal' image that they are our saviour and our problems are going to go. Well, i'm sorry but it's time to face reality. We will never live in a perfect world and no acting prime minister, president, monarch or republic will change this.
Cameron, to me, doesn't really seem like the type of person who knows a great deal about economics.
he should be.
This was the Government's response:
This was the Government's response:
Haha holy shit. Our government have a sense of humour a little bit.
No, he just smoked cigars and told Germany "BAD GERMANS! DON'T INVADE POLAND AND GET YOUR BALLS OUT OF THE BISCUIT TIN OR I'LL CLOSE THE LID!"
That was Chamberlain.
he should be.
I'll burn parliament to the group if that ever happens.
I hope the LibDems do a massive campaign like the Democrats did with Obama in the US and that Nick Clegg becomes prime minister. Or the public stops scapegoating labour. But most likely Tories will win and that will suck.
David Cameron will be the next prime minister but im unsure of how well of a job he will do. Economic policies that the Conservatives promised around a year ago were completely fucking retarded and alot of their points in their manifesto are dumb too. However, the reason why he'll get in power is becasuse Conservative spin doctors have done such a fucking awesome job at demonizing Gordon Brown and the proof is in this thread. Most posters are like 'DERP DERP GORDON BROWN SHIT PM CREDIT CRUNCH CREDIT CRUNCH (fuck i hate that phrase) HES SO SHIT' when the truth is he isnt a terrible PM. All that's wrong with him is his lack of charisma which affects his likeability not his policies. The truth is the issues dont matter anymore because the british public in general is fucking idiotic. All that matters is trashing the opposition and making generalised false promises. Our politics have gone just as far downhill as in America.

Although labour's no better.
That's what they* want you to think! Just because Britain is in a crappy situation doesn't meant it's Labour's fault. You really should read the topic before posting because other posters have made some quite good points :) *The Tories
Margaret Thatcher.
he should be.
Why is there a "Top Speed" logo up there in the corner? Shouldn't it be "Top Gear" or am i missing something?
David Cameron shouldn't be the next prime minister if conservatives get in they'll make things a whole lot worse i say keep labour in but replace gordon brown
I think it will be Cameron, though I would like it to be Clegg. But that isn't going to happen.
I vote Boris Johnson. Reason being that when the country goes down the shit hole, (which it will with any government) we may as well get a good laugh out of it.
Look at his hair.
Look at his hair.
it's glorious. the shock on his face cracks me up

Boris would make a great PM, we'd get massive talks about buses (the bendy ones too).
