This is one of the single most fantastic things I have ever read, and I applaud you sir. I only wish that I could share your experience, or at least in part. Mushrooms sound a bit scary for me, but as you said, it only served to make you a stronger person.

Wow I really enjoyed that. I think the real truth of this story is that you probably shouldn't drink quarter-ounce-of-shrooms tea and then eat most of a plateful, though.

I was kinda shocked to realize that I had barely written about my acid trip at the rave at all, even though it was essentially the best part of the weekend. So, to fix that, I've edited the OP and added a description of the events that unfolded during my journey on acid at the rave I had written, starting near the beginning of the post. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. :v:

that light show picture looked fucking sweet. I love the rave scene, and psychedelics. I only read a bit of the massive story but it sounded awesome. I had my first light show a few weeks ago, it's something different, i'll tell you. good different.

The people that give light-shows use choreographed techniques to make fluid movements through the air synchronized to music. Those that are extremely proficient in giving lightshows will generally custom design a set of finger lights suited to their own personal styles. Generally they're portrayed as dirty, bad, horrible things (especially hallucinogens).
