Provide private logisitical support while the current industrial movement continues. Africa is still advancing at a rapid rate, you just think it's all tribes and shit down there. Africa is currently still reeling from the abolitionist movement. The native Africans are just taking the reigns, and amidst fighting warlords and lawlessness large cities and industrial revolution is sprouting up all over the place.
