There is no magic way. The native Africans STILL don't have complete control over their land. The Apartheid ended only a few decades ago. It will take them a century and a half to become first-world as a continent.

The US took two hundred years to go from colonies to superpower. Why do you expect Africa to do it in twenty?

I expect Africa to do it faster because they are getting so much help. The US didn't get any international aid to reach superpower status.
