Okay, I admitt that his video wasn't the best... But is that an reason to ban him? Everybody get mad if their work is being criticised, ill bet you do aswell... And why haven't anyone answered my question about that link? And if im the only one that think this banning is alittle out of control, why is it so many that complains about this place? I feel a little sorry for the guy that got banned. Myself, I've been banned repeatedly for small things that didn't seem worthy of mention (or were very simple errors on my part). Oh well, it's the way of Facepunch. Not much we can do.

Also not everyone "get" mad when their work is criticized, it's just the stupid 12 year olds that do. Edit: The banning isn't out of control either the mods are doing what they are supposed to be doing and keeping the idiots out. People who complain that the ban is unfair are just dumb.

No because if I made a video I would at least put effort into it. That video your "friend" made is utterly terrible. The video was just over used crap after over used crap with no originality in it at all.

This is pretty funny. He was banned for an [I]whooole[/I] day, then flips out in RC saying he never wants to leave facepunch forever and receives a permaban. This happens more than people might think.

First off I've made videos in the past I got a few "this suxs", but I thought nothing of it because who really cares.

Your friend is just one in thousands of bans. Deal with it.

Thank GOD mods are beginning to ban because of "bad videos" or what not. I'm tired of seeing all these shitty Gmod videos pop up all over the place. And, he got banned for leaving because he wanted to leave. Don't come here if you are going to be an idiot. This is where one of the rules from 4chan really applies here. "Lurk moar." You're not going to be able to change anything by registering and creating a thread complaining about how your friend got permabanned. Facepunch is very different from other internet communities, and that's one of the reasons why us regulars like it. We ostracize immature individuals such as yourself and your friend. Your friend should of responded to the mods in the refugee camp in a calm and collective manner, telling the mods how horrible them and theirs bans are is not an effective method of getting unbanned, or getting things changed. The same applies for this thread.

If you get banned for a day or something it's just the mod telling you to not do it again. Your "friend" flipped out at a warning so he got punished. Seems fair.
