man how weird does DMT smoke taste? Had a joint with DMT in it the other day and the entire festival/valley looked like hyper-realistic Van Gogh painting

I've heard repeatedly it tastes like melting/burning plastic fumes. Is the method of smoking DMT like smoking meth at all? I imagine it would take lots of practice to manage inhaling a breakthrough before it hits.

you'd think so but a jet lighter can make it more likely to just destroy the DMT. You don't wanna burn it, the idea is to vaporise it so if you have a vaporiser that's easily cleaned that's actually perfect. My friend has a couple of glass ones that work really well.
Whether you're vaping or burning, I always pack the DMT between two layers of herbs (your choice, I like using some nice smoking herbs, smoother than weed or tobacco and the high is just DMT). If you're using a lighter, just light the top layer of herbs and let the heat from that vaporise the DMT beneath, don't keep lighting it.
If you're using a vaporiser, you don't need as much herbs on top, 'cause you're not burning them anyway. Vaporisers tend to work better because you can heat up the crystals much more evenly, so you're not destroying or missing as much as when you use a lighter. That helps you be more precise with your dosing.
Joints are one of the worst ways but we didn't have anything else to smoke from, so we just made do

Kratom does not like water. At all.
It creates this thick as fuck paste, and as mentioned before, its like experiencing thrity years of smoking in one drink.

the times I have seen it go down... the cops borrow a uniform from us and deliver it. Once you sign for the package they arrest you. In another case, they had us call the guy up and tell him we couldn't deliver his package and that he had to come to our building to pick it up himself, he came and got it and then was arrested.

Depends on the strain. For example, if you take red veins, it's more for pain and euphoria.
The feeling I get from it is somewhere on par with ativan and 5mg oxycodone. It's relaxing but not overpowering.
The thing to note about kratom is that it is it's own beast entirely. It's literally nicknamed "Thailand's Marijuana" because the effect it gives is eerily similar to marijuana but with a hint of opiate euphoria.

Nah it's pretty sweet. Depending on the capsule they can sometimes really elongate the administration while parachuting is the equivalent of taking a shot of a drug

Drugs just have that "chemical" taste. I started drinking coffee and I think it has the same "chemical" taste afterward.
I am no coffee connoisseur, though.
Also, I actually enjoy having a tolerance to weed. When I dont, I get stupid smacked, like I can't even be seen by a family member or they will immediately notice how fried I am. But now, I smoke 15 minutes before my mom comes over and everything's just normal.
I used to taste weedsmoke when i drank dark roast coffee, but I always just thought it was a little bit of a generic burned flavor

Kinda wondering something for anyone who'd mind answering... My mom and I have been goofing around to see if we could extract the alkhaolids from kratom to make the most active method of use. Thus far we have tried steam distillation with a dutch-pot system, kratabutter, reducing to syrup, and a few other things, but we've yet to get something that seems... Spot on? Anyone have any methods they'd mind sharing?
Just some observations for anyone who's curious about the methods we have tried thus far:
[B]Dutch-Pot Distillation[/B] - After spending about five hours with a steam vaporization system, we found a minimal amount of oil in our base cup and decided to give it a try. All though is produced a stronger effect it was rather minimal tbh. Possibly need to invest more into a chemistry set.
[B]Kratabutter[/B] - This shit is fucking awesome. This first started as a joke with my mom and I about how cannabis works in butter, and we were wondering about the possibility of kratom and butter. It started off with a dutchpot system and cooking the butter and kratom in a slow and steady process for five hours. We'd add more butter along the way to get a better consistency, and found it to taste better as well. After doing the whole five hour slow and steady, we strained out the kratom product, but kept the leafs which ended up forming their own buttery coating making it easy to form small patties with bread crumbs and deep frying them. All though these turned out to be a rather interesting take on it, the effect was minimal. As for the butter, we let the main product stay in the fridge, and when we finally took it out, we found our butter had taken on a light green look(I'll take pictures a bit later), and when used to cook, it increases the sedation effects of kratom almost tenfold.
Our first experiment with cooking was to create some Buffalo Wing sauce with it, and almost everyone in the house was p.much unconscious or so relaxed that it didn't even matter after about ten minutes. I would absolutely recommend this method to anyone who's looking to improve the sedation effects of kratom, and I have found that this and pancakes goes amazing together.
[B]Syrup[/B] - This was something that I was told to look into by some guys at BlueLight, and after going about the process of reduction, I found this to be less then satisfactory. All though their is a minor increase in the opiate euphoria, it still did not produce anything seriously measurable, and therefore seemed like a waste of time.
Not sure what other methods to go with from here. I have considered trying to make an ice hash variant of sort, but I'm not sure how could that would come along.
