Anything in particular I should be on the look out for when it comes to these things? Or are they mostly the same? There's some insane price differences between them, especially when thinking of the @head Vaporizer V6.0 compared to the Crafty by Storz and Bickel. I'd rather buy something cheap, but when there's such a big price gap between these products it makes me wonder if there's some big differences between them.

It's mostly personal preference, depending upon what you'll be using it for and how often, etc. Check and compare the specs

4/7 of my closest friends moved out together the other week and their place has a hottub and it's pretty awesome being able to smoke in any room. But especially in the jacuzzi.
I feel like salvia might inhibit top-down processing of stuff in your brain, for example I could only think of calling the sink the "water machine"
A lot of the hallucinations feel like they're simplifying your perception, taking away organization and detail
Like losing all depth in your vision, or the ground turning into a simplified repeating pattern
I don't think it's simplifying though, I feel like these are more raw, unprocessed parts of our perception
So maybe it brings where you experience your fully processed perception back into the process, so you receive unfinished chunks of perception. But not external perception, but the all the internal parts of "perception" and cognition in general. Eventually you get to more unconscious realms of cognition, before most external stimuli is processed
I definitely need to take some (responsibly) deeper trips to investigate this further

just heat some weed in a pot of vg for a few hours as you would when making weed oil to cook with, when its done you can just mix your ejuice as you would with your now thc infused vg, make sure you strain any bits out though

I personally own a magic flight launch box for portable use and an arizer extreme q when I'm at home or hanging out with friends. The launch box is great for stealth and on the go vape action whereas a tabletop style such as the extreme q allows for sharing with large groups or longer solo sessions.
