If no one's suggested it yet then tea works really well, basically just simmer your mushrooms in water about the temperature you'd brew tea in (like 80 degrees Celsius. Boil it and then bring the flame down to low, then chuck them in) for ~15 minutes total. A few minutes before you're done, put in a few tea bags. You need a few cups of water for every average dose for a person, I've never been very precise and it's tended to work out fine. You don't wanna be forcing massive amounts of water into your stomach before a trip.
You can even add milk and honey/sugar, it's tasty.

So I was just released from the psychiatric clinic, I completely lost it.
*Sits in the couch and cries hysterically*

*Stops crying and looks at him like nothing is wrong*

- You're Bipolar right?
- Yeah.
- You're very manic right now, so we have to escort you to the hospital.
*Looks at the other 4 officers in my apartment*
- Okay.
*Starts crying hysterically again*
- Memnoth? Since you're this manic, just put your shoes and jacket on and we'll take you to the hospital.
Then I lied on a gurney in the corridor, so they could keep an eye on me. I heard voices the entire night, people I knew, in the background, how they talked about everything I've done the last couple of days.
Suddenly I get the impulse to leave and go home, so I pull out a needle attached to my arm, blood comes pouring out, I get up and search for the exit. Then I begin the 30 minute walk home, in the middle of the night, wearing socks, pants and a t-shirt in freezing winter. As soon as I got home though, the police picked me up again.
Then I slept for 2 days, and now I'm home, high on the same substance that made me lose it.

I've made some progress, figuring myself out, feeling more comfortable in social situations. Me and my psychiatrist agreed that Ritalin would help me out a lot, though he stopped working at my clinic before he could prescribe them so now I have to rely on black market stimulants. I can't function without stimulants. Guess I have to have another discussion about this with my new psychiatrist.
Otherwise I'm pretty content with the situation. I'm managing to stay away from alcohol and that is a huge accomplishment.
