Relativity is really neat.
If you were traveling at the very threshold of the speed of light to some planet thousands of light-years away, you would perceive the trip as having been done in a relativistically-shortened few hours (or so, depending on how close you were...) while the entire universe would see it as taking a few thousand years.
Additionally, gravity dilutes time. Orbiting a black hole at the event horizon (I KNOW this sounds really silly, just imagine we can attain that kind of speed) would see time slow massively for you, but to everyone else in the universe time would travel uniformly.
It's very, very neat.

Also, special relativity is pretty much accepted as fact now, but where I see it, there's a few fundamental flaws.

There are two ways to time travel. One involves a massive black hole, the other, more practical.
Basically, as an example: Humans build a train that can travel at least 7 times around the Earth every SECOND. This is almost at the speed of light, so close. 99.99%. To protect the laws of nature, time will actually slow down. Yes, you age while time traveling, but not as much as others. Basically, you travel at this time for one week. An equivalent of 1 year will pass outside of the train.
Does anyone know the exact ratio between light time speed and normal time speed? I mean is it every light second is worth a normal minute or something.

That would mean the light is traveling at the same "incredible velocity" just like everything else. 3+1000 is still only 3 more than 0+1000.

In physics, the delta symbol means a change in the following variable.
At least, as far as I know. I'm still a beginner.
It's Delta-T, it's the change in time.
Delta means this
[delta]x = x[sub 2] - x[sub 1]
Sub meaning subscript, which just indicates the instance that you are reading the variable related to other instances.
So if we take x and record it at two instances, lets say 5 and 10. Then we would take 10 - 5. This equals 5. So delta x is 5.
So if we were to look at a common application of this, it would be slope. Delta Y / Delta X = Slope.
Y[2] - Y[1] / X[2] - X[1]
TL;DR
a scientist's way of being lazy and subtracting things from it's self.
The triangle simply means the change but you can ignore that and just look at it as t and t'. Also when i said 0.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% speed of light I meant 0.99999999999999999999999999999999 speed of light no % :P.
So for 0.9 the speed of light the time T is actually 2.294157338705618 shorter.
So if say for 10 seconds is measured for someone not moving, the person moving will measure 22.94157338705618. bearing in mind it's a higher number because time slows down so it takes longer for each second to pass hence a larger value.
