How do people let themselves get like? Recently I just got a little flib and I'm super paranoid about it so I go running like 9 miles twice a week. I couldn't imagine letting go that far. Ugh.

I'm a big guy myself weighing in at 280 lbs and almost 6'4. But I have to say I do not like twinkies. They are too sweet and just filling. They make me wanna puke. So not all big guys like twinkies, but in this case he really does.
