Also this was pretty cool too. [img]http://sleevage.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/07/justice_cross_cover.jpg[/img]
[img]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/0b/Montrose_-_-s-t-.jpg[/img] Montrose are shamefully underrated, You barely hear about them. This Debut album had an amazing production value, and for hard rock with theremin use, you can't go wrong.

[img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b5/Unknownpleasures.jpg[/img_thumb] Dark, haunting and overall just brilliant. Crucial. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d6/Klaxons-MythsOfTheNearFuture.jpg[/img_thumb] Mad, mad debut. Basically madness runs throughout. Incredibly catchy and fun. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d9/Selected_ambient_works_85-92.jpg[/img_thumb] Awesome debut by an awesome artist. Sounds nothing like anything before it. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/99/Hard-Fi_-_Stars_of_CCTV.PNG[/img_thumb] A great album to dance to, sing along to and generally just party to. Fine pop.
Very nice post OneWar.

[QUOTE=CheeserCrice;26408322]aye but how could he put aphex next to hard fi. [editline]30th November 2010[/editline] /elitist shit[/QUOTE] OI, Hard Fi are a good band, and that is a good album :frog:
Gonna have to disagree, sorry. Its not personal :<: how do you do a heart
Thank you, Akayz. Both artists are great in my opinion, so let's leave it there. More debuts: [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/8f/Franz-Ferdinand.PNG[/img_Thumb] Arty dance-punk masterpiece from the Scottish outfit. Superb way to start a career in the music business. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c8/TheFratellis-CostelloMusic.jpg[/img_thumb] Sing-along and tap-your-foot-furiously catchy. Another fine debut by another fine Scottish band. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/65/Asleepintheback.jpg[/img_thumb] Kinda dreamy and relaxing. Although most people know Elbow for their album The Seldom Seen Kid, this is where their brilliance started. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/97/Since_i_left_you.jpg[/img_thumb] Okay, so it's their only album so far, but what an album it is. Genius. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/33/Beatpyramid300.jpg[/img_thumb] Weird arty debut. Quite unlike anything I've heard before.
I have that Elbow album, it is pretty good.
Fire, by Electric Six. [img]http://www.knittingismyboyfriend.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/electric-six-fire.jpg[/img]

[IMG]http://tralfaz-archives.com/coverart/V/vfems_front.jpg[/IMG] The Violent Femmes' self-titled debut. Just great stuff, in my opinion.

^ Ninja'd :v: [img]http://static.letsbuyit.com/filer/images/uk/products/original/222/60/astrohenge-22260661.jpeg[/img] Astrohenge's self titled. They're a London based band, sound like Bigelf and Mastodon made instrumental. Pretty damn awesome :buddy:

"Atlantis To Interzone" was the most played song in iTunes on my last computer.

[QUOTE=Teto;26390560]I like this thread. "Funeral" - Arcade Fire [img_thumb]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_ATjPNQL071M/R3MJSUKmzbI/AAAAAAAAA_4/OH4LlShs4Lg/s320/arcade_fire-funeral.jpg[/img_thumb] [/QUOTE] Even though I prefer Neon Bible as an album I have to agree that's a great debut. [editline]30th November 2010[/editline] [img]http://somethingboutrenes.files.wordpress.com/2008/12/kaiser-chiefs-employment.jpg[/img] General howler of an album, catchy songs with great lyrics.
