I thought it would be Troops when you mentioned Stormtroopers but the entire movie took place on Tatooine

Just found it, it's a sequel to Troops called IMPS: The Relentless.
My 1995 set has some pretty good quality for all its years of shelf sitting. Is practically laserdisc quality except it has at least one line of static.
Ouch.
Seriously? I thought that the 3-D re-release didn't gross that much.
It hasn't, but combined with Episode I's previous intake (about 925m or so) has pushed it into the 1b club.
I feel kind of bad that I contributed to it.
I don't, it's Star Wars, the one thing on this planet I love more than anything (except maybe pizza). I know, it's the fuckin prequels, but idgaf as long as it's not The Clone Wars.
Is George Lucas going to release the rest of the series each year in 3-D? I really want to see them on the big screen again.
I've heard rumors that he's stopping.
That's the plan, and you're talking about his retirement from film, or the 3D releases?
No, I've heard about both, but recently I heard that he was going to stop releasing Star Wars movies in 3-D after Episode I.
I doubt he'd do so considering how much Episode 1 3-D brought in, can you imagine how much the Original Trilogy in 3-D will make?
No, I've heard about both, but recently I heard that he was going to stop releasing Star Wars movies in 3-D after Episode I.
I can understand skipping Attack of the Clones, but 3-6 will make bank at the box office.
Not even IV, V, or VI?
i'll stick with my despecialized edition in HD. i'm not about to give lucas money for what he did to the OT.
So this is how they created the opening title back then

Back when they actually had to work to make a film instead of just spewing out CGI
There's like tonnes of behind-the-scenes pictures

I never noticed that the inside of Vader's cloak was that shiny.

I always noticed that he gets really dusty at the end of that fight for some reason.
WHAT THE FUCK RALPH MCQUARRIE DIED!
[sp]The last two episodes of Clone Wars brought back Maul, I kinda liked them. They gave him new legs in todays episode, his design based off him in that non-canon comic where he hunted down Obi-Wan on Tatooine. Gaping plot hole tho, how to Asajj Ventress know where to go? Also Obi-Wan went a little dark for a minute there, Maul was taunting him about Qui-Gon[/sp]
Hayden couldn't act if his life depended on it, saying it was decent at all during the series is giving him too much credit.
Doesn't help either that the dialogue he had to deliver was pretty awful too.
I would like to find out more about what takes place after Return of the Jedi, I know about the Jedi Knight games and such, but I still want to learn more about the remnant stormtroopers and the rise of the new republic.
There are hundreds of Novels/comics that cover that.
Read the Thrawn trilogy.
Heir to the Empire is the first book.
If anyone watches the Clone Wars series you'd have to admit that was a pretty nice season finale

Yeah I posted about it a few posts up.

I think I've read that series 3-4 times. Even have the comic adaptation.
Whoa, whoa it was adapted into a comic? The entire series?
WHAT THE FUCK GIVE ME IT
I hate to admit, I love all the Star Wars movies, despite the prequel trilogy's flaws, but there was one thing that bugged me about Revenge of the Sith.
Hayden's acting was decent for the first half of the movie up until he [sp] kills Mace Windu [/sp]. Then it goes to absolute shit. It really hits it's peak when he's on Mustafar, though.
"YOU ARE WITH HIM. YOU BROUGHT HIM HERE TO KILL MEEEEEE."
It's cringe-worthy. If it weren't for Hayden's acting, I honestly think it would have been great.
fucking edward norton couldn't deliver that awful dialogue in the star wars prequels

it sucks. as with most comic adaptations of novels, a lot of dialogue was taken out so it would fit in the issues. But if you want to see visuals of certain scenes, then I guess that is good.

Neither the art style nor the narrative are very good.
The way it's drawn, everyone looks like a monkey.
On the subject of EU comics, Dark Empire is fucking nutty. Jedi Trees.

Aw, that's a shame.
The only comic adaptation of a novel that I've read was The Hobbit and it was pretty damn good.

The Yuuzhan Vong series had a living planet.

Cade Skywalker looks like the lead singer of Nickelback.
