Tomorrow all these buildings in new york will be gone. (i hope so) (User was banned for this post ("Dick" - Orkel)) (User was banned for this post ("Stop posting in 9/11 threads." - daijitsu)) (User was permabanned for this post ("troll" - garry))
I don't see why this day is so important to everyone. What, is it because it happened to America? What about all the other disasters in the world that have killed hundreds or thousands of people? Why don't they have a day for themselves? What makes this day so special? It was an unfortunate day, yes. But it's in the past and it's time to move on. People die everyday at the hands other people for no reason. Where are their days? Where are their memorials? There are not enough days in the year to celebrate all the tragedies in the world.

It doesn't make sense to me. He's obviously trolling, but if he was smart he wouldn't do it here. There are two mods that visit this thread regularly. It's just bad sense to troll here and ultimately get banned for it.
i hope you die the most horrible death known to man. burn in hell you worthless cocksucking piece of shit. why are you not banned yet, either?
Perhaps making pointless threats towards each other is not the best thing to do here.

http://www.1337upload.net/files/victim_list.txt [editline]10th September 2011[/editline]
Perhaps making pointless threats towards each other is not the best thing to do here.
he's hoping for an excess of 8 million lives to be ended.

What makes this day so special?
it changed american history launched two wars caused countless more deaths but nevermind that. can you explain why you think if someone expresses grief over 9/11 they don't care about any other disaster?
It was an unfortunate day, yes. But it's in the past and it's time to move on. People die everyday at the hands other people for no reason. Where are their days? Where are their memorials? In New York we have a moment of silence every year on 9/11. That's it. Moving On =/= forgetting it.
Any other 9/11 birthdays in here besides me?
[del]3[/del] 4 bans in this thread down. Tomorrow's gonna be ever so fun I'm sure. and I don't get why people are so blunt headed about why people would mourn this, or worse just say "GET OVER IT LOL". I saw someone on facebook post a 'get over it' copy/paste status recently, and this was the same asshat who a few months back was posting shit about how japan 'deserved' the earthquakes and all of the deaths because of pearl harbor.
I was in kindergarten when this all happened. Remember coming home and seeing the twin towers on fire on TV. I remember feeling horror when they collapsed. RIP victims, you will never be forgotten.
I hate how all these "anti-americans" and whatnot rating people dumb just because it's a thread/post about 9/11 on how they feel bad about the innocent people who died. They were innocent people like you and me. Just as how you feel bad for people dieing in natural disasters and other horrible events.

"oh, did they? crap I'll just go honor the holocaust some more instead of these people, they had it off so easily"
Will anyone else be having a moment of silence tomorrow?
I remember being in the first grade, coming home from school, and watching the news about it. I saw an air plane and before it hit the tower I remember saying to myself, "Heh, it looks like it's going to hit that building." Then it did. I didn't expect it to happen. Although at the time I really didn't feel and fear, horror, or sadness, I was telling myself I should because I knew those buidings were filled with people. I also remember for a few months after that playing with army men and pretending the green guys were Americans while the brown guys were al Queda and I would always be the one who killed Osama.
Will anyone else be having a moment of silence tomorrow?
I invited a few people over for a cookout in honor of the attacks. We will raise our glasses and take a moment. I lost friends who I've known from Pre-K who died in the war. My good friend lost her aunt in the towers.
Any other 9/11 birthdays in here besides me?
My friend's birthday is on 9/11, you're not alone
Happy 9/11 everyone!
Well it gave you guys "rights" to rape the shit out of another country and make it even more shit than it was before. I feel sorrow for those who where lost during 9/11, just the fact that everything went to shit afterwards.

Just because 9/11 wasn't in your country doesn't mean making jokes or not taking it seriously is okay at all, innocent people are innocent people no matter what country they're in, and the actions of the US after 9/11 stopped potential terrorism in more countries then just our own.
with all due respect, move the fuck on
couldnt agree more

The "War on Terror" has been an utter failure. Stopped terrorism in other countries? Tell that to England, Spain, Pakistan, India, Iraq, Afghanistan.. The list goes on.
I honestly don't feel as bad as I should about 9/11, but I still wouldn't tell anyone to suck it up. It was sad for a lot of people, I know, but I personally don't feel sad over it.
