Never played WoW... but I was able to bullshit my way into my high schools WoW club... holy shit I'm good
This is why I have essentially gave up computer games, I wasted my teenage years on computer games, I am not saying computer games are bad, but having them as a primary part of your life is a sure fire way to live a life not lived.

And I just started playing WoW a few weeks ago. But for me, everything has a prio over it, if I get invited to something I go to it (not that I ever get invited to anything, but yeah) I even started going to the gym, I already feel great, just after a few weeks.
What killed the game for me was the terrible Cataclysm expansion. Thank god too, don't know how I wasted so much time on the game. Just another part of my life I guess. I had a life when I played it, but I did occasionally not go out with my friends for a night and instead do some raiding.
I've never given this game so much as a glance even though all my friends around me play or have played it at least one, I love a lot of MMOs but the aesthetic of WoW makes me yawn.
This made me a bit sad. While it's obvious WoW can do some bad things to some people, most of the people who play it aren't anywhere near addicted. Plus people like this always make WoW look like a bad thing. If someone enjoys playing WoW, they should play it. WoW can be a great timewaster for some folks with too much time on their hands (looking at you, late-40s stay-at-home mom that was in my guild). Basically what I'm saying is that, while WoW can be a bad thing for some people, it can also be positive for loads of others. And with that I feel the need to renew my subscription. Great.
I have a level 80 death knight and a level 70 warrior and I don't even play anymore.
Why disband a successful raiding guild? Why not just leave? Kind of a dick move when you consider some of the people in the guild probably like being there. Otherwise, typical MMO addiction sob story about how someone with no willpower triumphed and stopped playing a video game.
You gotta admit though, that was a pretty neat tiger.

The other people could always form another guild. It wasn't that hard back in Wrath.
Im subscibed to WoW. I can only play for about 2 hours or so then I get bored very quickly
I play WoW once in a while. It can be really fun when I'm playing with my 3 brothers and father, but alone it is so damn boring.
This was really interesting
