Also, and sorry to bring this up again, is anyone else feeling vaguely trolled by Faust announcing her absence from Season 2 a whole nine to twelve months before it comes out? I don't think the show is going to be bad without her by any means but you know it's going to be at least slightly different and MAN that just makes me want to see season 2 that much more!

Did you read my post? Lauren Faust is still working on the show, just not holding the reins anymore.
Oh and Derpy is official character in Season 2 (still having second thoughts on that though).
