When they say that, they are referring to the character model sheets. Each show has standardized models and coloring sheets that are used for drawing characters. It's how they stay consistent throughout the series, and across all the different animators that work on the show. Considering the art he appears to specialize in, not to mention he's actually an animator on the show, it's pretty logical to assume he's talking about character model sheets. I do have to ask though, what's with this show's fanbase and shipping? I'd normally just attribute it to the fact that the majority of the fanbase are a bunch of autistic fucks, but there has to be more to it than that.
