If that doesn't work, try taking a small propane torch to it. That normally does the trick, but it tends to melt plastic flash hiders, still makes them looser though.

I would try letting it sit in hot water, but I don't know how to remove the inner barrel.

on the be sl8 I have, the orange tip was a small plastic ring gued onto the outer barrel thing and one tightly fit to the inner barrel, the inner one broke becaue I smacked it with hammer to get it off, I still need a flashhider for it and the outer one cracked off when I smacked it against a rock, the outter one is fine because the glue broke first. Your lucky to have a flashhider. Hell, i'l get a cool metal one and paint a small part orange. I learned in casper everthing that shoots a projectile can be treated like a firearm, sling shots, airsoft, nerf guns, yea, stupid wyoming and your idiotic firearm laws. so by shooting my airsoft gun in the backyard the police got really mad, all I was doing was target practice, against a target, with sheet metal and rubber and wood and a target. not like a airsoft bb can go through my fence anyway but better safe the sorry.

Pivot the upper receiver on the front pin until the rear receiver tabs are out of the lower receiver (be careful here, the plastic ones aren't the strongest). After that you will see the hop-up unit in the upper receiver. Simply pull it out and the barrel will come with it. Done.

I've ordered multiple times from Airsplat and haven't encountered one problem yet, whether it be gas or a complete AEG.

I might pick up one as a project gun, but I wouldn't exactly try to use one in a game stock.
