My Airsoft Life Story:
I was first introduced to airsoft by some kid when I was ~9. He was playing with one when we where hanging out in his garage and he pretty much gave me the lowdown of kidsoft (three hits, spring=win, electric=suck, what is gas?). I pretty much didn't think of airsoft too much until a year later my friend and I played in his front yard. It was not real airsoft, but the kidsoft as mentioned before. I was hooked.
When I was 12 I faked my age into to my first OP, still not owning a gun. I got a loaner and was using street clothes ect. It was a CQB field, and CQB+first OP does not equal good things. Although I got three kills through the whole day, the adrenaline kept me wanting to play. I joined a team although I still had no gun. While I was using loaners I got a fair collection of gear, took apart, modified, and fixed every gun known to man, and became a huge gun nut. So, I was more of a gun smith than a player. This went on for three years.
Last year when I was 15, me and my friend built an AK, M4 custom from the spare parts I collected over the years. I sold this gun on Craig's List a few weeks later. I don't know why. That Christmas I got a WG revolver and a WELL MP5K, more gear, and other non airsoft related stuff. These where my first two guns. I was happy as hell that I finally got a gun that I can mod and customize to my preference.
Ever since I was young there where three guns I liked; the XM8, Vintorez, and AK-47. I decided to start with the VSS. I bought an Echo 1 AK with the sole intention of making it a DMR worthy of looking like a VSS. Now I'm here.
And that is my story.
The weirdest thing happened tonight. I went to my local CQB field with some friends and a guy gave me a strange look and was like "Do you make YouTube videos?". Apparently he saw some of my videos on YouTube and instantly recognized me. Small world.

It's happened a lot to me. Last time I went to CQB City they were wondering if I was the guy who made the shotgun killing spree. Then the day after that at another game another guy recognized me from my videos and forum posts (grant it, it's a local players forum, but still).
I was really surprised 'cause I only have >200 subscribers and only a few thousand fews on each of my videos. I can't imagine how often really big people on YT get recognized.

Get an electric gun you cheap ass. Also, it's less likely to break? I can pretty much guarantee that any springer that isn't either a sniper rifle or a shotgun is going to break very fast. What's your budget? I'm sure we can help you find a decent gun.
