The science behind it? The guys who planned it (Like quite a few heads of terrorist organizations) had degrees in engineering and such. This allowed them to realize that a trans-continental airliner had enough jet fuel to bring the buildings down. You know why that makes sense? Because of the properties of jet fuel and how it works, how jet engines work. The combined structural damage from the plane hitting the building and the intense heat of the jet fuel allowed the now exposed steel supports to heat up enough to collapse under the rest of the building and thus, 9/11 is simply a terrorist act. The plan isn't even that complex, they boarded with a few guys as muscle and one as a trained pilot, the guys who played muscle boarded with box cutters and things that were not illegal at the time to have on a plane. They subdued the crew, flew the planes into buildings, bam, easy.

If you would recall the UN sanctioned US bombing of Serbia to stop the Bosnian genocide. This sounds great, but Serbia didn't carry out the genocide, the army of the Republic of Serbia within Bosnia did. They dropped bombs on an innocent people. Bosnia and Herzegovina is divided by two government entities. The Republic of Serbia, and the Bosnian Federation. Serbia and the Republic of Serbia share nothing in common except for the fact that Serbians live in both places. They have separate armies and everything. I did not address the rest of your post because I'm not informed enough nor do I care enough to learn about a possible 9/11 conspiracy. Also, good attempt at being clever, although I wasn't addressing the initial plane crash, I was addressing the collapse. In which case the collapse of a building doesn't really look like a plane crash, I mean, they aren't even similar looking. One is a plane crashing and the other is, well, a building collapsing.

I know the information I've said for certain, but about the 9/11 conspiracy I know not enough to talk about. I simply pointed out a couple facts that I know about.

They don't manufacture charges powerful enough to cut through 14 inches of steel. Even if they did, there's no way anyone could have planted the amount of explosives necessary to bring down the building without being seen. And to address the matter of "we had prior knowledge but ignored the warning"... Does the government not receive hundreds of (usually empty) threats on a regular basis?

I'd still like to know a logical reason, with clear intents, to attack your own country. I mean really, what would be the point?.

You would have to be a heartless, sadistic bastard to be able to live with yourself after killing 3000 innocent civilians and the people trying to save their lives. Imagine murdering 3000 people, thousands of fathers taken away from their families, you couldn't live with yourself under any circumstances except for thinking that all Americans are "infidels" and "pigs", so that rules out the American government plotting 9/11. tl;dr You would have to be Osama bin Laden or one of his cronies to kill 3000 people in one go.
