I really don't like what black mesa made the HECU look like. It'd be easier to make a loadout for, but i honestly prefer how the originals look.
the BMS guys almost look sci-fi, to me.

Just a black jacket or vest or something under the chest rig will do fine for me, I'm not aiming for 100% accuracy.
You can try this though: http://www.therpf.com/f24/fallout-new-vegas-ncr-veteran-ranger-finished-pg-8-a-101257/
That's the hottest thing i've ever seen.
Would be easy to make a PCV like that, actually. It's a simple enough design.
I'm more of a Pack-Mule for my team.
I have a M3000 made by an unknown airsoft company. Albeit it looks cheap, it's totally worth it. I had a red-dot smacked on there for indoor and night fighting.
How am I a pack-mule?
Camping Backpack with the following contents:
500+ BBs
5 Cleaning Rods (In case of Jams)
"Medikit" (Baloon filled with ketchup, to replace already popped one)
2 Co2 Pistols that can be used as backup for friends
Sandwich (What? Can't fuel up in the middle of a fight?)
So I don't fight much when it's our little skirmishes.
how does you go about eating a sandvich with a facemask
how does you go about eating a sandvich with a facemask
I take it off and squat behind a tree :v:.
Or I grab my friend and use him as a human shield like an ass.
But most of the time I sit back by home base and eat a delicious Honey and Peanut Butter delicasy.
I think you'll do much better with one gun and a bunch of magazines and charge closer so you can hit them with your gun
I take it off
I tried that, dead serious.
Tripped on a damn root and fell on a rock.
Actual Question:
Can the so called "bio-degradeable" pellets jam in a magazine? I've been using those (so I don't litter up my friend's yard) and I've been experiencing jams more often. Is it because the seasons are getting a tad wetter or my gun needs to be brought in and checked?

Its because Bio BBs will start degrading as soon as you open the bag. My general rule of thumb is dont use Bios from bags that have been open for more than 2 months.
That 2 month thing should be adjusted to your local climate ofc
What brand of bio bbs you using? I had experience with one brand that really sucked, was almost like chalk. When the bbs hit a hard surface, you would see white residue from it. That same shit would be in the barrel too.
But other than that brand I use bios almost all the time with no problems. Mainly using Javelin, Excel and Airsoft Elite bios.
Thanks, I don't know what brand I was using, but with a skirmish coming up along with a rising humidity rate, I should think twice before using them.
Have an info.

he even looks like hes from the gamebryo engine
How are Biovals after you open them? Will they be alright if I opened them, but keep the bag sealed?

Could a black dyed PACA with some ALICE gear work?
Also it was me who asked about this same thing some months ago

What the hell does tripping on a root and falling on a rock have to do with anything
As for dying that PACA, no idea but I guess it should work... don't ask me because I'm no tailor (I thought they make PACAs inblack)
It should look like this though:

a PASGT Vest is a better idea because the PCV has a ballistic collar

waitwhat
I've never really noticed that:

Seems to me though, that they wear some sort of M81 with a collar under the PCV, most likely a flak jacket
That's a lot of shit to wear though, ALICE over PCV over flak vest; although I'm guessing the flak vest was an optional based on how I see
I don't see it. It looks like their uniform collars are under the PCV, not a flak jacket.
I assumed it was the flak jacket since it was discolored from their BDUs
could be a oversight though
Considering the PCV is not based in reality, nor have Force Recon Marines (Or 'HECU' in this case) ever used Urban BDU patterns and the entire game was made in the 90's where technology limited the detail of models I can only assume they didn't care very much.

the low def models didn't have it, don't know why
Romkas' Source Grunts give you a good look at what it should be like, though (don't mind the shit apart from the body, inc. pouches - misc shit I am working on etc):
