I think you have to be in the Steam UI beta, but just click on any game in the store and to the right there should be something that says add to wish list.

You have to have the beta UI for steam, which adds an "Add to Wishlist" button to each game page in the store.

You guys do know Lead and Gold is in beta? It crashes on startup if you have any joysticks plugged in and you have to disable steam overlay otherwise it crashes when you get a kill. It also crashes at other random times. Apart from that it's a good game
