-snippy-
I like Tony Stark. I like his story. I don't really like Iron Man, if that makes sense. I like the person behind it, and all that. The actual "iron man" where its the suit that fights crime, not really that interesting. I agree with a lot that you said, and the first really was a good movie because of all of this. 3 wasn't too bad though, it was enjoyable. (This might also be because I watched it with a bunch of my friends. Great fun.) Oh and, hulk. No way bees would even cause a dent in him.
Who would win in a fight, the Incredible Hulk, or the Hulk's weight in bees?
hulk, because the more hurt he gets, the angrier he gets, which increases his strength and regeneration rate.
hulk, because the more hurt he gets, the angrier he gets, which increases his strength and regeneration rate.
But bees won't even be able to pierce his skin.
Hulk weighs a shit tonne though, his weight in bees would put their number in the billions. He could never smash them all so it would end up as a draw by default.
One thunderclap would lead to a lot of dead bees.
It depends of Hulk or the bees have been recycling or not. Recycling is a superpower too.
Iron Man can't recycle his suits. Someone from a rival company or military would steal them. If they can't be safely locked up in his house they have to be completely obliterated.

This movie actually wasn't bad at all in 3D. Sure it might not have all the depth a true 3D movie would have but they still managed to do a great job adding another depth to the movie.
About Tony Stark's last move of the movie. [sp]It's really not important. He's built a nearly 40 suits during his periods of insomnia, without much problem. If actual trouble shows up, he can just build a new armor, jump in and get back to kicking ass. The only difference is that he doesn't actually share power with the suit, as it will now use its own power core, similar to war machine/iron patriot. The whole "I'm blowing all of my suits up and getting rid of my power core" thing is just a way to turn the page. Chances are he decided to build himself a new one right after he threw that core in the sea.[/sp]
Actually, his suits are powered by Stark Tower's solar panels, so that's a bigger plus
I'm just bummed about the Deep Space suit. That looked really cool.
[sp]is anyone going to say anything about the gaping hole in tony's chest now i mean, unless flesh was donated to him or they pumped him with extremis, he's got a hole in his chest that the core used to fill[/sp]
I'd assume they got it fixed up, given what we saw in IM1, it's probably very dangerous
I thought they just put a large cork in it and called it a day.
They filled it with liquid money.

One thing that surprised me was that Tony isn't just genius when it comes to technology, he's apparently also a genius at biology.
The son of a Manhattan Project engineer, Howard Stark, he is an engineering prodigy, having built a circuit board at four years old and an engine at six, as well as graduating summa cum laude from Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the age of 17. He takes charge of Stark Industries at the age of 21 from Obediah Stane, who has been in control of the company since Howard's death.

stuff
To be honest building an engine could really not be something that special, all depends on what you started with (could be anything from planning the various parts, simulating and assembling to just having a few parts and building a glorified Lego). Now the MIT degree at 17 however...
He also became an expert in thermonuclear astrophysics with just one night of studying.
maybe they're making him really smart because reed richards isn't in that universe (yet?)
He also became an expert in thermonuclear astrophysics with just one night of studying.
Shit even I can do that after reading stuff on Wikipedia in one night. Just look at my essays! :v:
Have you met a 6 year old recently? Even making a lego engine would be impressive for someone who is 6.
Not for a fictional character which lives in a universe filled with super heroes.
Have you met a 6 year old recently? It's like how Tony Hawk's kids were skateboarding at like age 5 (and I mean like pulling off tricks and stuff).
But skateboarding is mostly physical skill, while engineering requires quite a bit of technical comprehension, such comprehension I doubt a 6 year old could properly grasp.

I thought the intro song was hiarliously bad. Good movie, I know it wasn't supposedly all serious. And that damn Don didn't get his time in his suit. Rhodes needs some help, man.
