Am I the only one who always thought: "so you punch some people with extra detail, big whoop?"

Bought keys for the beta (alpha?) in 2011 and they're pretty much completely lost to the void now. Attempted to retrieve the key through the forums and emails but never got any progress towards it. My fault for not remembering my info from 6 years ago but at least they got my money already.
I got their Natural Selection 2 + Overgrowth bundle in.. 2010. Funny how NS2 came and went while Overgrowth still isn't out yet.
Same here. I never even used the Overgrowth key though I don't think :v: Too bad NS2 is practically dead though.
Been playing some of it. Graphically, the engine is wicked outdated by today's standards, it shows, and it doesn't even run good to boot. Combat can still be a little clunky, too, unfortunately. Not any worse than the Lugaru. When it all comes together though, it's fucking great. I really hope there's a long series of fan-campaigns and mods, because I'm already halfway through the main story and I need more of the gameplay. The earlier levels with a long draw-distance but nearly no grass distance look bad. Like someone's first Unity game bad. For anyone who bought this ages ago and are having trouble finding their key, look for an email that was sent in january this year announcing the beta, it will have a link to your download page on the Humble Bundle webpage with Steam keys.
They aren't kidding when they say the levels are more detailed than ever, the amount of detail put in some of them is unbelievable for an indie team
I can shit together a more detailed level using Unity's terrain tool and free assets.

Unfortunately they didn't have many options when they started development. Unreal Engine 3 SDK wasn't even available until 2009.
