I dunno.
Alternatively "How To Control The Nation" could be 'HEY I got you all watching my show THAT COUNTS"
Or you could start a holy war and take over Iraq.
Something circular.
New event is on http://www.tvguide.co.uk/tv_channel_streams.asp?c=4

haha that box was so obviously on a string
It's a boat.
paid actors
I got the picture of a cake.
It's a circle.
When it came up with
"Guess Now"
The letter O drew itself out like a circle and the other letters just appeared
[editline]09:38PM[/editline]
Oh and when he disproved that guy because he literally guessed everything I said
"Well you told US to draw everything"
Damn, I was so close.
Sweet I got it
Just looked in "The Star" and on page 52, about 100x100 pixels was a plain ad saying "SRAW CONCENTRIC CIRCLES"
I drew a house and a palm tree though
I missed it tonight, what was it ?
I drew a single circle and a rectangle next to it. I didn't read a newspaper with one of the adverts in. Also, how did the people in the studio know to draw concentric circles if it was recorded 3 weeks ago?

Trying to get viewers to read a womans mind and figure out what she drew.
Most of the guesses where circles and Stone Henge. The woman was in an unknown location.
At the end the picture was revealed. It was circles. The woman was at Stone Henge.

I got it anyway without looking at the paper so it must be something else.
There were Circles in the womans eyes

I noticed that and was like hmm, so i drew a cat walking to a house.
I originally drew a triangle with some wavey shit, but as i was looking into the eyes i noticed the circles (thought it was the reflection of the camera lense or something).. I drew them because i noticed them. He is always just hiding a trick behind a trick though, so it's not genuine.. I started seeing circles in adverts and in the background in the show, but i think that was just me picking things out because i was looking for them, after they said that a lot of people were drawing circles.
Edit: didn't buy a newspaper today so..
What's next week, Derren cuts a plank in half before our very eyes ?

Neither did I, I read the Metro on the bus but that was only the back page. Clever thing now you mention circle in the adverts..
i drew concentric circles inside a square
i'm guessing the square was meant to be the actual paiting

In particular i noticed it in the Muse advert.. but yeah, not sure how they would have gone around setting that up. In the background in the museums there was random items in circles.
edit: This one..

I think Derren didn't know whether it'd work as well just by remote viewing through TV, so he added newspaper adverts to it as well. Thats the only logical explanation i can think of.

Well that's completely illogical. If remote viewing works then every thing we know about physics and the brain is completely wrong.

No, he gets roulette odds wrong.

Hints:
Round circles in backround
Round shapes on bannister
Round shape in eyes makes the exact shape.
The shape we would draw appears several times
When it says "Draw Now" the letter "o" looks like is is being hand drawn, draws attention.
Now.. how we got Stone Henge... I have no idea. That was the only thing I was lost on. A completly random thing to pull out. I am going to try his mirror trick tomorrow.
I am glad Derren Brown is closer to how he was in his previous shows now. Like the lifting the box was suggestion or what ever he calls it (loads of books on stuff like that) and the mirroring of the guy.
Not sure why but I kept drawing stuff with lots of circles, face with big round eyes, car with big wheels (more a monster truck), mouse with a massive nose, balloon, circle with a smaller circle in it (think it was meant to be an eye). I noticed some of the circles during the show but did not think that those were trying to make me draw them when I was drawing.
I joined this thread at a bad time, what's going on, I'm completely lost here...

do you think that mirroring trick was real? it doesn't seem plausible? Copy a stranger enough that he will copy you and be your puppet? I don't think so...

It is based on methods that people like con artists use. You feel most at ease when you are with someone like you, like if you are sitting opposite someone in a similar pose as you then you will feel calmer. I can see where the idea comes from and am very tempted to try it out for myself.

You know when you yawn and somebody yawns with you? Sometimes that same urge can be replicated with actions. Some people who tap into other people without realising could easily end up copying you.
I will try the mirror and box one. Fuck the lightbulb one that shits wierd
Oh, and if you texted in during the last show. I wouldn't be surprised if he calls you during the next one.
