Fuck yeah, I just picked up Cable and Deadpool Vol. 1 from my local comic store. It's the only Deadpool I haven't gotten into so far.

I've actually been thinking about this; if you wanna start with his first appearance, get Deadpool Classic Vol #1. It doesn't start out quite as funny, but it does introduce him. I'm currently reading the Deadpool Classics, along with Deadpool Team-Up of course.
I somehow stumble onto the coolest stuff before it gets really mainstream, I remember my teach was big on comics and had this big stack anyone could borrow, fuck if I know why but I ruffled through all the spider/bat/superman, green lantern, x-men bullshit and went straight for this, never seen or heard of the dude before.
Don't know why, I just felt... a connection.
