anyone remember dogpool?

if i recall he was at a circus, where they strapped TNT to him and blew him up before watching him come out unscathed.
he burnt it to the ground.
I'm pretty interested in reading and perhaps ordering home some Deadpool comics, what issue would you recommend I should start on?
From what I've heard, in the first issues he was just a rip-off character and rather bland... So should I read those as well, or at which issue should I begin reading Deadpool?
Never read deadpool besides the stuff in this thread.
I probably should.
Anywhere where they'd sell Deadpool comic books, like at all. I live in Sydney, Australia, if that helps at all.
I'd prefer reading them from books, rather than on the internet.

6th panel
cracked me up so badly
Deadpool reminds me of Gordon Frohman.
Also, Nolan North is the best voice for the Merc.
Just sayin'.

I don't think so. Dogpool was a motherfucking STAR at that circus, and loads of people loved him. They would light him on fire and such, and the crowd would go batshit when they saw that Dogpool survived. Shortly after, the makeup company that produced him made a Wolverine version of a mastiff, who then attacked Dogpool. Dogpool was almost defeated, but he managed to knock Wolverine into a cannon, which launched him into a pool of acid. Shortly after, Deadpool came and recruited Dogpool into the corps.

sort of, he was in the circus going to be shot out of a cannon, and apparently wolverine got turned into a dog and started attacking dogpool
I wish he was my dad
then he'd be dadpool
It's a pool that is dead

It's where you practice your deathstroke.
[sp]It's a swimming joke, and the origin of his name[/sp]

I always read him with Hugh Dillon's voice.
For some reason I read deadpool's voice as that announcer from duty calls who screams "BLOODY SCREEN! so REAL"

I think he actually says "Surreal".
Deadpool's selection of VA work is actually pretty clever. He, Wade Winston Wilson, has only be portrayed by two people; Nolan North and Ryan Reynolds.

No he says "So real" as in making fun of games trying to be "realistic" by putting red screens when near death.

I like Nolan North's VA of Deadpool.
OP should put all the images posted of Deadpool in the OP.

That image got so popular, it became one of his moves in Marvel vs. Capcom 3:FTW.
I always thought that Deadpool was a serious character that everyone photoshopped to seem funny. Man, was I wrong :h:
Love Deadpool

I had no idea Deadpool was so awesome.

They are people who tried to imitate Deadpool after he was presumed dead. But he later came back and killed them all.
Hmm, all of the images on this page made me relise something.
Regular 616 deadpool apparantly doesnt have a nose.
His views on the Star Wars prequels.
