Giy shooting No Pickles guy is another aspect of Deadpool, the Mercenary aspect of him.
Red Hair Guy is T-Ray, who was pretty much Deadpool's archnemesis during his first ongoing (and made a reappearance during Cable & Deadpool). I'd say why he hates Deadpool so much, but it's actually a pretty big revelation about Deadpool and his true identity, so I'll keep it a secret.
And in that first panel, MercPool had killed HeroPool, because during that story arc T-Ray had hired him to kill the other aspects of the thought-to-be-dead Deadpool.
