At the end of the trailer the back of Kylo Ren's head...looks like the back of Adam Driver's head. I don't think JJ would actually film a scene with Adam Driver and put it in the trailer only for it to be Luke in the actual movie.

The scope on the blaster on his back and the half cloak give it away. Guy on the opposite has a completely different helmet. We know bobas jetpack and helmet got fucked up, so no jetpack or antenna makes sense. You can almost see the T visor.
Well considering what happened in Aftermath with them only finding the armour if the whole theory of the Knights collecting artifacts is true then maybe one of the Knights gets his hands on Bobas/Jangos stolen Mando gear.
Siege of Mandalore hasn't been seralized in any way yet so we don't know the status of Mandos by the OT.

Could anyone tell what the last bit of dialogue at the very end of the trailer said?
I love that little shot of Ren getting ready to swing at Finn. The difference between them in terms of training and experience is painfully obvious, which is something that was never really shown in the prequels (except for the first fight with Dooku which was my favorite part of them). It almost reminds me of Luke and Vader fighting for the first time.

That was good. Really good. I had chills the whole way through.
As for why the Empire's back and the Rebels didn't seem to get a foothold, think about it for a second. The Empire owns most of the galaxy during the original trilogy. A few bloody uprisings, the destruction of a few space stations (which, if certain canon is to be believed, were very small fractions of the Empire's total firepower), and the death of the Emperor and his assistant probably weren't large enough events to completely topple the governing organization of the entire galaxy.
There were a handful of planets that we know were fully liberated, the rebels probably established a sizable government in the new canon timeline. But there was still a significant portion of the galaxy controlled by an autonomous Imperial remnant. I'd imagine that, outside of the core worlds, the Rebel victory was probably completely unknown in Imperial territory. You can't root that sort of systematic control out with a few insurrections, and if the Rebels didn't have any sort of long-term plan, it's entirely possible that the Empire just sort of reformed outside New Republic space.
The EU dealt with this fairly often. There were some books and graphic novels that looked at life on planets outside New Republic control, and you had the same sorts of Imperial establishment figures in place that you see in the OT. Also, in the EU, the New Republic only lasts for 20 years before the next major war, and then trails off at this point. I guess we can assume by this point that those concerns did not pass by the writing room unnoticed.
