just had dinner at the ritz... WHAT A LOAD OF FUCKING FRENCH BOLLOCKS. It was absolutely absurd and a waste of good cutlery and decor. The food was bland as shit and the waiters are a load of pompous twats in dinner jackets. I was forced to go to the cloakroom so they could lend me a dinner jacket because otherwise I wouldn't be allowed in! And the best part... I was served soup with a bowl on top of 3 different sized plates.. ok.. get this ok.. I asked the waiter why he served it like that; wait for it.... he tells me, it's because "IT Haf to bE 27 centremetres from ze table because it's starter plate size". I am definitely going back to China where there is ACTUAL good food and nobody cares. They don't even attempt to speak english, because they communicate with food and chopstick, what a life.

Yo fuck the ritz, go to the Savoy. The American bar is fucking nuts.

i didn't even want to go to ritz.. it was someone who had got a voucher as a gift :/ I expected at least some kind of decent food for £140. I had breakfast in the cafe yesterday for £4 and that was much more enjoyable.

Go to Claridges, they have some peng sandwiches

I never thought I'd ever hate la france but seriously this has pissed me right off.. they didn't even serve a baguette. It had the most pseudo-intelligent cuisine of all time. It's like ELP but with casio keyboards.

Neighbourhood style fine restaurants are where it's at. Friendliness of the pub, but top tier quality food. Places like Qo Vadis, The Shed, Rabbit. That's the good stuff

id be down its just timezones yo. v hard to get the crew on at the same time. also pub feeds are probably better than restaurant feeds. Though i did go to this really fucking nice thai restaurant in Tasmania and it was probably one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Still, nothing beats the steak and chips/mash feed before getting on the piss at the local pub. Another thing, I've really been trying to listen to a lot of hiphop lately but I'm struggling to find albums that go close to perfect. there's always 3/4/5 songs that really just piss me off with how out of sync they are with the rest of the album. I mean the only album I've really fully enjoyed and could honestly rate a 10/10 would be tech n9ne's Everready. srsly does anyone else get this with hip-hop is there a key element that I'm missing to be able to properly appreciate it?

freshly made or quit it. frosted doughnuts are for little kids. ruins the experience.

I've never gotten much of enjoyment out of donuts. The glacing has always been either awful or mediocre, and the dough used is almost always digusting.
