yeah but how often do you look at your player mikey? its good for me because its simple and has a really good search function
i see mine most of the time because i have an extra monitor just for that (and movies; mostly music)
After listening to Taking Back Sunday's album "Tell All Your Friends" for years now and each time it'd give me horrible headaches to the point of having to stop listening to anything through headphones/earphones for hours, I decided to Google what I've been hearing. I finally realized I wasn't the only one having the problem. There is a ear-piercing tone that plays whenever there are vocals playing. Here's an example of it, the first vocals track starts at around a minute. Is there a way to edit the audio to remove this? [editline] may lol [/editline] This happens no matter where you get the album from, iTunes, ripping the CD. Anything.
You can EQ it out If you can pin down the frequency of the tone.

if you complain about the aesthetics of foobar then you obviously didn't look into skins [t]http://i.imgur.com/1Azo8zQ.png[/t]
I miss Ryan Ross, I wish he didn't leave panic at the disco, pretty odd is one of my favourite albums. The band has sucked ever since he went on to make an album with the bassist from p!atd and some other dudes, but then they went on indefinite hiatus.
I thought it was just my copy as well, until I noticed others having the same issue. It's really bizarre.
I still don't get how the album got released in this state.
I still don't get how the album got released in this state.
Guy who engineered it probably can't hear the tone you guys are referring to, I'm struggling to hear it myself. but it'll be made worse by listening at high volumes through headphones so I'd suggest against doing stuff like that. If I can't hear it then it'll probably be somewhere around 15 to 16khz and above so give it a shot.
I don't hear any ear piercing tones but I do hear a lot of sibilance

Del is one of my favorite rappers, his sense of humor and creativity are unrivaled by nearly everyone else I can think of
Spotify just removed Portugal The Man's album The Satanic Satanist, but kept everything else by PtM up. Fuck Spotify, this shit happens all the time. What's better than Spotify that I can switch to?
Quite a small chance but if anyone here listens to psydub could you list me some recommendations? Only artists I really know of are Liquid Stranger's old stuff, Globular and Radioactive Sandwich) [editline]16th May 2015[/editline]
Spotify just removed Portugal The Man's album The Satanic Satanist, but kept everything else by PtM up. But last time I checked I couldn't get it here so I never bothered. Pandora is supposed to be decent enough though. [editline]16th May 2015[/editline] I also finally got into Kendrick and I'm keen as fuck about it. I think Pandora is. I remember talking to bravehat about it and he's scottish and uses it.
I'm Scottish and it's not available.
Geographic restrictions are such bullshit.
