Sorry for taking such a long time to respond Calkkuna, was busy with practice for a local gig with The Vintage Caravan
Things have been great. Been working with a lot of musicians (mostly jazz, blues and musicals) and just been building up my home studio.
Other news. For those of you who remember me and my band ONI, we gave out our album last year around july and it's now free (pay what you want) on bandcamp. If you have the slightest interest in stoner/prog/sludge rock then give it a whirl
Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me find a song. It sounded like an old campfire song with an acoustic guitar and it was about space and traveling at the speed of light. One of the lyrics in the chorus was literally "Travelling at the speed of light"
this would be much appreciated! Thanks!
wtf is lad rock
lad rock is basically stadium rock for grunge
I'm trying to find a song, and I did a really crappy interpretation of it using retro synths to see if I can get some help finding what it is:

It's a rock song that was all over the radio in 2014. It was laid back with heavily distorted guitars with a bluesy Black Keys feel. It had some light vocals in it, but it's main attraction was a lengthy jam session in the middle.
Someone in the GMF recognized it!

British grunge. It's decent. At least it's not post grunge :v:

I swear to god that the dude who worked on the Hotline Miami soundtracks also worked on Spore. His solo work sounds exactly like some of the tracks from the game.
I turned 22 today.

Quite the devotion looking for a song by making a synth beat of it.
Good song too!
