Its great when its cooked actually. Its kinda hard to explain but its just really great. Its more of an acquired taste.
Someone should warn him about those pork rind looking things that he said he's going to save for later. They contain BHT & BHA.

I've tried century egg and they're rather common in local Chinese restaurants. They're not bad for me. Acquired taste, perhaps.
