This type of situation happened on an episode of "The Book of Adam" on NBC. It was shortly canceled whenever this episode aired, the subject matter was deemed too controversial. This girl liked the priest's son, but the young man was not really into her, because due to strict religious situation he was in, could not admit being gay, feeling that was worse for his reputation, he was basically forced into it, but it did not change the fact of trouble, because her parents found them in the car afterward. The dude did have a brother, who would have been happy if he was in that situation with her, but she never was into the young man's brother, which also compromised their getting along afterward. Anyway, I think the situation got so awkward, that may have been the reason they killed the show entirely. There also is this movie where this girl comes in between Chris Pine (from startrek) and his friend, and they show a scene with her and the friend snuggling up, but in the end she ends up with Chris Pine, the friend only managed it, thanks to a bottle of chardonnay. Judging how the friend did not fight him for her, I hate to say it, but I think alcohol is a major factor, but that said, probably won't resolve.

My current girlfriend pretty much had sex (I don't know, or want to know the details) with one of my good mates when they were both drunk a couple of weeks before we started going out. I don't blame her because she was fucked up, but he just walked into my room (where she was sleeping) and got into bed with her. I was fucking pissed off for weeks and it was so awkward around both of them for ages. Whenever it comes up now it's the worst feeling to think of.
