You need GOOD goggles, not some cheap pieces of shit. You can seriously injure your eyes just from a diffuse reflection off a laser this powerful. Also, never aim a laser at or below the horizon(I mean out far, not at the ground or something) when outside, you could blind/injure someone far away.
