There it is! This cat must be in love with me know. [sp]Get it? I've 'stolen its heart' teehehehehe.[/sp]
No [editline]27th February 2011[/editline]
This I don't understand. I am also a cat owner and love her very much. I am not some cat murderer, but I must partake in this part of the curriculum. There are many things about this that I don't enjoy, such as the smell every morning after just having eaten breakfast. But it really is much better at getting the point across than reading it in some textbook.
No you don't have to take part. You can opt out of a dissection. A school must offer an alternative to any sort of dissection in a class.
I literally threw up in disgust. :barf: The only solace I can take is that that cat gave it's life for your education. :smith:
Actually, you're wrong. If you would've read either the OP or the rest of the thread, you would've taken note that the cats were killed due to overcrowding in shelters. Just as hundreds if not thousands are every day. The only difference is that these cats were donated so that we could benefit off of them.
Really, cats? At my school I just pay five bucks at the beginning of the semester to pay for a fetal pig.
That wasn't nearly as disgusting as I was expecting it to be... Fascinating more like...
When you get into the higher levels of education, such as college, you can't opt out. I'm taking zoology and you're required to dissect stuff. Primarily because pictures of what gets dissected will be on exams and you have to label the parts.
Why does it matter to you guys? It's a fucking cat first of all, and it died anyway, might as well put it to use.
Professional Facepunch Troll. He knows where it hits us the worst.
Fluffy????? That is actually really interesting, the heart was probably the coolest part. Biggest thing i got to dissect was a frog.
Wasn't really disgusting, in fact it was rather interesting, still kind of sad though. However, I understand the need of it for science.
i had to do this also i couldnt look at my cat without seeing his vessels and muscles structures for weeks... hated that shit.
By the fourth image I was like you have to be shitting me...
Is it weird if I got a boner
Why does it matter to you guys? It's a fucking cat first of all, and it died anyway, might as well put it to use.
Are you implying cats aren't amazingly awesome animals? At any rate I don't give a fuck if he dissected it I just don't want to fucking see it
what the fuck? sick fucker why would you post this :barf:
Uhh, that looks very much like my cat that disappeared a year ago. [editline]28th February 2011[/editline] Also after seeing the images of what happened in Libya, this was pretty tame. Managed to eat my sandwich while reading the OP.
That poor cat!
looks delicious
My reaction: :geno:
Where's the "What the fuck" rating when you need it?
Ok haha pretend time is over ohgodohgodohgod
That is kind of awesome. To see the things that make such an animal work and be able to hold parts of it that you would never normally be able to touch, unless you are some sicko who likes to dissect stray cats in their spare time.
Cool
Looks like fried chicken :3:
wow I didn't realise they did dissections of cats, just pigs and dead hoboes. I'm not going to open the pictures as I'm squeamish like a little bitch when it comes to innards, although I have cut open hearts and shit back in GCSE.
Did they cook it in the school kitchen?Must have been a yummy lunch!
