Why the fuck did you do a thread like this?
I feel bad now

For science?education?knowledge?+the cat most likely died of old age, this way they atleast put a use in the body
wow I didn't realise they did dissections of cats, just pigs and dead hoboes.
And unclaimed bodies donated by the Chinese government.
whats wrong with you
The fuck is this, fucking Youtube? I'd expect you people to know why the fuck shit like this is done, and that the fucking cat wasn't killed for it.
Ya allot of these idiots see a dead cat and go on a shit storm but really the cats dead getting mad isn't going to bring it back so there.
I.. i'm not gonna look at the pictures.
Last year I had to dissect a small pig. It was gross.
Not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
UPDATE 2/28/2011
14. So we've started work on the intestinal tract of the cat, here you can notice the liver.

15. Underneath the liver is the stomach. For some reason, our cat's stomach wasn't puffed up , or filled, like the other cats' were. I hope it was properly fed :(

16. Here we can see the largest part of the small intestine. There are three parts in total, although their names escape me.

Everything has been added to the OP as well
I refuse to open these images.
I showed my friend these images, his face was :geno:
Well that is interesting. :eng101: Yet disgusting.
Geeze pansies who didn't open the images.
They're not that bad. Many of them are actually quite blurry. So you can't see it properly anyway.
I didnt even open the images and just reading what you said made me sick
I'm just confused as to why you'd make the thread.
Dissecting a cat for Bio class is one thing, but I find it a little bizarre that you enjoyed it so much as to take so many photos and make a thread about it.
i find this thread very fascinating. i did several dissections in school and this thread reminds me of how amazing the anatomy of two different things can be so similar.
I forgot to mention that I found this actually interesting.
just threw up in my schools library.......I think you should come clean it up OP.....:crying:
I can't believe I waited until after I finished eating to view this thread.
I had a weird dream about this thread last night except you were dissecting a deep-sea fish.
rated informative.
reminds me of the time I dissected a piglet in my High School biology class.
At first I thought the pictures are going to be all gory.
It was all right actually, nothing horrible, and quite informative. There's nothing wrong learning how the body is built by opening it up, if that cat was probably just meant to be killed anyways.
Even though it's a cat, It's pretty interesting. Aslong as the cat died of natural causes and wasn't beaten to death to serve as dissection material I don't care much...

I don't think they died 'naturally' per se, but they were killed as humanely as possible for population control by the sound of it.
Ugh, that one photo, all that was left was the head, goddamn that was nasty.
My school dissects cats all the time. I didn't take the class but I had study hall in the class they did it in. It wasn't seeing the cat opened up. It wasn't even the disgusting crap kids did to them. It was the god damn smell of 30 cats being cut opened at once. What made it worse was some fat ass would throw up every single day. It would made it smell 100x worse than it already did. I'm supposed to open one of them up this year. I can't decide if I should do it or not. I know I can handle doing it... but I don't want to smell that shit ever again.
-snip I can't think of an argument. You have to pay for another 5 minutes-
All I ever got to do in science was disect a sheep heart (or pig. I forgot). Spent most of the lesson stabbing it.
