I didn't know that "confirmed hostiles" meant "people that have shown absolutely no hostility toward you".

The squad leader is hit and staggers back, the bullet heavily bruising him through his armour (this is my way of telling you [B]1: Why I have less people than you[/B] and [B]2: Accounting for the fact that you shot at him while running so you unfortunately hit an armour plate instead of a weaker part[/B]).
He orders his squad to take up cover inside the building and fire at the enemies. Upon realising that one of the fire warriors was still outside of the building, he orders them to get inside and for the other to cover his approach.
