Good lord bandcamp is both a wonderful site and a horrible site.
Purely because I find so many bands that have <$10 albums or EPs. It's ridiculous.

Bandcamp is like Wikipedia. Start on one page and three hours later you're on God knows what bands page because of those damned recommendations. :v:

Really post-hardcore influenced, probably not the best song to show their sound, but it's really good nonetheless

I have a problem with post-metal, I really don't like having hardcore vocals in it. I really love shit like Pelican though, purely instrumental stuff.
God I love hardcore influenced post-metal, it's really awesome.

Oh man Amia Venera Landscape is the tits. Come to think of it they were probably my first post-metal band, although I had no idea when I first listened to them.
Big bump.
So some months ago I bought Jesu's self-titled and then nabbed every other Jesu album off iTunes. I kinda wish I just stuck to the self-titled because a lot of Jesu's stuff sounds the same. A lot. I'm not even that intimate with the discog but it's been my music of choice for the past few days and I'm getting seriously tired of it, which is disappointing really.
