basically it says something went wrong and that I have to reload the page
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo. I wouldn't be able to download any ocremixes. (or keep them for that matter)
Hopefully we'll get a referendum
Write to your MEP if you're in the UK.

Demand that the agreement of the ACTA treaty is put to the public, and state that you fear it would infringe upon your privacy and rights.
I know very little about internet traffic but would it not be possible to encrypt your traffic so that your isp can't see what you are doing? I mean, if you ever tried newsgroups, it will sometimes have an option to enable SSL encryption and I have been told that it prevents your ISP (and others) from seeing your traffic.
Could such thing not be done with everything you do and download?

You can, but the site you're communicating with won't have a clue what's going on, so you'll really need a proxy server in between to make all the requests.
I'll be having a VPN based outside the EU before this happens.
Mm an VPN, that's actually a pretty good idea
I send generic medicine for my family in africa does this mean I can't send it if ACTA goes through?
I don't feel safe anymore, thanks to ACTA... Those guys are destroying the last bit of privacy we have. It is easier for a corrupt government to legally arrest people. We can't even download something anymore.
That is, once this starts.
We need to round up people do something that will make a difference and end this unjustice.
I wonder if this would push some type of civil war in the countries it effects.
In USA it certainly would be the biggest middle finger to the constitution ever.

it will probably become a huge civil war.
it will probably become a huge civil war.
Too huge.
What does the tri-bomber do?
it will probably become a huge civil war.
World Civil War 1.
I can see it now.
What does the tri-bomber do?
It has it auto search into 3 search engines, making Anti ACTA more popular of a topic, thus giving it publicity.
Or something.
I'm gonna tri bomb for 5 hours.
I'm downloading as much music as I can right now, in every genre I like, because if I get into the band eventually I'll already have all their stuff downloaded. Then I won't be a criminal!
if you're wondering what Canada stance is in this, they basically don't give a fuck about anything else in the treaty except pirating. canada has been pretty cool with pirating, so this shouldn't do much.

Lets get our Linux Distros to!
if you're wondering what Canada stance is in this, they basically don't give a fuck about anything else in the treaty except pirating.
Speaking of Canada, I sent a letter to my MP in my area where I live concerning this horrible agreement. But then again, a government following what the people want is a laugh and a half too. So i doubt it'll even be read for that matter.
I mean, the worst part that pisses me right the hell off is that the agreement document itself isn't openly available to the public so that we ourselves can go over it and see if we agree upon it.
Only thing that's available are draft sheets that were leaked by Wikileaks (for which I praise them).
I really dont want this to happen as anonymity is why I go on the internet in the first place as with all people I have private parts of my life that no one other than me need to know about.
Wait this will get rid of anonymity on the internet?
Fuck it, tribombing.
I'm going to leave this tribombing on for days, my computer doesn't over heat.
How will a police officer be able to tell copyrighted material on someone's iPod?
What if I simply choose to legally download a Video on iTunes and rename it from Avatar to - AVATAR-DVDRIP-PROPER-DIVX ?

Awesome then, I hope...

Oh god, if this passes I would love to see thousands of people doing this just to fuck with the police and showing them they have better things to be doing, like serving and protecting.
ITT: Pirates petition a bill, but I am among them. yar! :pirate:
No but seriously this ACTA is bullshit and whoever though of this should have a serrated needle shoved up their urethra.
fuck
